I'm really struggling every month with severe cramps during my period. I've heard about Meftal Spas and was wondering if it's safe for me to take it every cycle to help with the pain. Can you provide some advice on whether it's effective and any potential risks I should be aware of?

View allI've been dealing with PCOD and have been on Krimson for about 3 years now. My recent ultrasound shows a right ovary measuring 4.1 x 3 x 2.5 with a volume of 15.8 cc, and the left ovary is 3.5 x 2.4 x 2.3 with a 10.2 cc volume. I'm really wondering if I should keep taking Krimson. Is there anything else I can do to improve this situation?

I'm 5 weeks pregnant with twins and I don't really feel any symptoms or feel pregnant at all. On top of that, I've caught a cold and I'm sneezing a lot. I'm really worried if everything's okay with my babies. Do you think they're safe or should I get another ultrasound? I had one done just 4 days ago. What do you think?
the lack of pregnancy symptoms at 5 weeks and the presence of a common cold are not usually causes for concern in a healthy pregnancy, especially if your ultrasound 4 days ago was normal. try toStay Calm,self-Care: Prioritize rest, hydration, and a healthy diet to support your immune system while you recover from your cold ,Keep up with your regular prenatal appointments and any prenatal vitamins or supplements recommended by your doctor. If youre feeling very worried, dont hesitate to reach out to your doctor for peace of mind.

I'm a diabetic patient and had a uterus surgery back in 2010. There's a wound near the stitches that keeps filling with pus. I've seen multiple doctors and had several operations but it still hasn't healed. What could be causing this and what treatment options do I have left?
please consult your gynecologist.
