I'm really struggling hereI've had diarrhea for the last 3 months and my doctor said it might be IBS. I'm currently taking ibset, but before this, I tried colospa x and eldicet. The problem is, every time I stop the meds, the diarrhea comes back, and sometimes it happens like 3 to 4 times a day with mucus. I'm worried and not sure what I should be doing differently. Any advice on how to manage this?

I've had the ARMS procedure for GERD and acidity, but I still get constant burping. If I try to hold in a burp, I end up vomiting right away. Is there any permanent solution for this, maybe even surgery or another treatment? It's really affecting my daily life.

Persistent burping after ARMS may be due to altered gastric motility—further testing like manometry or fundoplication revision may help; consult a GI motility specialist.

I'm recovering from jaundice and I've been really strict with my diet for the past month. But I'm still getting mild fevers at night and that nauseous feeling keeps coming back. My test results seem normal with bilirubin at 0.7, SGOT at 90, and SGPT at 65. I'm currently taking Liv 52, Ulsys 300, and Nirocil syrup. Could you help me understand why I'm still feeling this way?

Is it okay to keep eating soya chunks if I'm dealing with bleeding hemorrhoids? I've been having about 20g of them almost every day as my main protein source, and I'm worried it might be affecting my condition. Should I cut back or avoid them altogether?
