I'm really struggling with IBS, and it's been about five years now. I had a colonoscopy three years ago, but it didn't show anything. I've tried Colospa and some other medications, but nothing seems to be helping. I have diarrhea and then normal stool, but it's happening like five to six times a day. Lately, I've been experiencing a burning sensation after using the bathroom, and it lasts for an hour or two. It's really concerning, and I'm not sure what to do. Any advice?

Given your symptoms:_

  1. Episodic vertigo: Your vertigo episodes last 3-4 seconds, triggered by changes in movement.
  2. Morning exacerbation: Vertigo worsens in the morning, making it difficult to stand properly.

Consider the following:

  1. Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV): Your symptoms suggest BPPV, a common inner ear disorder.
  2. Inner ear problems: Despite a normal CT scan, inner ear issues like labyrinthitis or vestibular neuritis might be contributing to your vertigo.
  3. Vitamin deficiencies: Deficiencies in vitamins like B12 or vitamin D might exacerbate vertigo symptoms.

Current treatment:

  1. Vitcofol, Neurobian Forte, Stmetile, Verin 16: These medications are often used to treat vertigo, but their effectiveness varies.

Recommended next steps:

  1. Consult an ENT specialist or a neurologist: Seek a specialist's opinion to determine the underlying cause of your vertigo.
  2. Vestibular rehabilitation therapy (VRT): VRT can help improve balance and reduce vertigo symptoms.
  3. Consider canalith repositioning procedure (CRP): If diagnosed with BPPV, CRP can help alleviate symptoms.

I recently went for a check-up and they found my spleen was enlarged at 13 cm and I have a grade 1 fatty liver. I did a bunch of tests like for malaria, typhoid, diabetes, thyroid, hepatitis B and C, ANA, and lipid profile, and everything came back normal except my bilirubin level is at 1.6 and my SGOT SGPT is around 5990. After sticking to regular exercise and a better diet for 50 days, I lost 6 kg, going from 87 to 81 kg. I still don't have any other symptoms but I feel some pain in my spleen area and now it's 14 cm in the ultrasound. I'm taking Udiliv 300 and vitamin E, but I've talked to a lot of doctors and still don't really understand why my spleen is enlarged. Can you help clarify what's going on?

I've been feeling this burning sensation in my stomach along with constant burping, and it's making me really uncomfortable. It also feels like there's this gurgling in my chest and throat. When I drink water, I notice a sort of gurgle as it reaches my stomach, almost like there's bubbling happening inside. Could this be something serious, or maybe just indigestion?
