I'm really struggling with an issue that's been bothering me for the last six months. I've got this persistent itch in the area below my buttocks, and I've tried using Dermiford cream and Btex, but nothing seems to work. The itch just keeps coming back. I even tried a home remedy with tulsi leaves, but that didn't help either. Could you please offer me some guidance on what to do?

Try an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole. Additionally, you can take an oral antihistamine like Cetirizine to help with the itching. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and avoid tight clothing. If the symptoms persist, it would be best to consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.

I've noticed some changes in my skin color with different soaps. Normally, my skin tone is cream-colored, but using Santoor soap seemed to make it lighter and better. However, when I switched to Mysore Sandal soap, my skin started looking darker. Someone mentioned that Santoor soap is meant for women, so I stopped using it. Can you suggest a different soap that might help my skin get back to its original color? I'm really curious and a bit concerned about how this keeps happening.

Soap preference can be personal and skin-type dependent. To help you find a suitable soap, consider the following: 1. _Look for soaps with natural ingredients_: Soaps containing ingredients like coconut oil, olive oil, or shea butter can be gentle and nourishing. 2. _Avoid harsh soaps_: Soaps with high pH levels or containing harsh chemicals can strip your skin of its natural oils, leading to dryness and darkening. 3. _Opt for fragrance-free or hypoallergenic soaps_: These soaps are less likely to contain irritating ingredients that can affect your skin tone. Some soap options you can consider: 1. _Dove Sensitive Skin Beauty Bar_ 2. _Nivea Soft Moisturizing Soap_ 3. _Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser_ 4. _Himalaya Herbals Gentle Bathing Soap_
