I've been having some issues ever since I quit smoking cigarettes back in June. I tried putting a cigarette to my mouth a few days without actually smoking, and my lips burned really badly. Ever since then, they've been swelling on and off. I also started vaping around the same time. Now my lips are swollen, itchy, and they look kind of bruised. Do you think this could be related to quitting smoking or starting vaping? What should I do?

I've always thought I had good hair, but over time, I've noticed it's not as dense as it used to be. I've constantly struggled with dandruff too. In Bangalore, the water is quite hard, and we usually use borewell or tank water for bathing. I'm wondering if washing my hair with KENT purifier water, which has a TDS level of 80, could have any negative effects. Could this be a better option for my hair problems?

I've been dealing with some really frustrating skin issues. There are these rashes and stretch marks around my groin area, and the itching is just unbearable at times. Now I'm using an antifungal powder, but it doesn't seem to work for long, and it feels like its not a permanent fix. What do you suggest I do about this?
