I'm really struggling with lichen planus on my legs for the past 5 years and it's been a tough journey. I've tried homeocare for over 4 years, but it hasn't helped much and I'm getting really frustrated. Can you suggest any better treatments available in Hyderabad? I'm looking for something that could actually make a difference.

I've been noticing some white spots on my face for the past week. They're a bit rough and sometimes itchy. Usually, when this happens every couple of months, I use Clobetamil G and they go away. This time, though, it doesn't seem to be working. I'm starting to get a bit worried. What do you think might be going on?

Is it possible to permanently lighten or whiten my entire skin tone without surgery? What treatments are available for this, and do they actually work long-term? I'm curious about safe options that don't involve plastic surgery.

While achieving true permanent skin whitening without surgery is not a guaranteed outcome, several treatments can help lighten and brighten skin tone, address hyperpigmentation, and improve overall skin appearance. These treatments include laser therapy, chemical peels, and specialized skin lightening creams.

I stopped using the 10% Minoxidil for a couple of months because of some personal reasons. I'm thinking about starting it again, but I'm a bit concerned if this break will affect how well it works. Could you let me know what to expect?

Hi Prasad, if you have stopped applying 10% Minoxidil for two months and want to start using it again, there may be a temporary decrease in effectiveness initially. However, with consistent and continued use, you should start to see results again. Remember to apply 10% Minoxidil twice daily as directed for optimal results.
