I'm really struggling with man boobs and it's driving me nuts. It's especially embarrassing when I try to wear fitted t-shirts. Can you give me some tips or ideas on how to deal with this? I really need some advice!

You can start by incorporating regular exercise into your routine. Focus on cardiovascular exercises like running, swimming, or cycling to help reduce overall body fat, including in the chest area. Additionally, strength training exercises targeting the chest muscles, such as push-ups, chest presses, and dumbbell flyes, can help tone and tighten the chest area. Maintaining a healthy diet low in processed foods and high in fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins can also aid in reducing body fat. In some cases, medication or surgery may be recommended, but it's best to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice.

View allI'm really concerned about my mom's health. About a year ago, she had some breathing issues, so we went to the nearby hospital. The doctors ran a bunch of heart-related tests like an ECG and a 2D echo, but everything came back normal. Then they discovered she has hypothyroidism and prescribed some medication for that. They also recommended she take Prolomet XL 50 mg. I'm just wondering, is it really necessary for her to be on that medication too? Can we safely stop giving her the Prolomet XL?
Continue same treatment .Salt restricted diet and diet changes ,regular aerobic exercises is recommended..

I have a 4x4 cm nodule in the left lobe of my thyroid and a smaller 1x1 cm nodule in the right lobe. My T3, T4, and TSH levels are normal, but the FNAC showed papillary clusters with chewing gum colloid and no nuclear grooves. The report suggests an excision biopsy to rule out papillary carcinoma. Could this be cancer or is it likely benign? Is surgery the only option or are there other treatments I should consider?
Once the biopsy report is confirmed whether it is beningn or malignant ,diagnosis can be arrived. If cancerous thyroidectomy or hemithyroidectomy is advised based on the size and location of thevtumour in the thyroid.A sugeon opinion is advised.

I'm concerned about my mom's health since she has type 2 diabetes and high BP. I'm wondering if it's okay for her to have coconut water and buttermilk every day. She's currently taking Glycomet GP2 for her sugar levels and Listril for her blood pressure. Would these drinks affect her medications or condition in any way?
Yes she can have it no problem
