I'm really struggling with my bronchial asthma. Lately, I've been coughing non-stop, day and night. I've been using my inhalers, levolin viola and Airtec FB 200, which used to help, but now they dont seem to be doing anything for my wheezing and coughing. I only get this issue during the winter months. What can I do to get some relief?

I'm starting to feel concerned because I keep getting this urge to take deep breaths every now and then, but I'm breathing normally in between. It's been happening for about 15 days now, and I'm not sure what's going on. Can you help me figure out what's happening?
it is quite normal , no need to worry. start taking deep breaths in between your work breaks

I've been having this problem lately where I'm really short of breath, sort of like when I had asthma a few years ago. But it's weird because I don't have a cough or anything else with it. It's starting to worry me a bit. Do you think it could be the asthma coming back, or could it be something else? What should I do about it?
