I'm really struggling with nasal polyps and it's been years with just temporary relief from medicines. I've heard that surgery might not be a permanent solution. I've been dealing with a pilonidal sinus on the left side of my buttocks for the second time now. After taking antibiotics prescribed by my GP, I noticed two tiny holes on the cleft line one inch down diagonally from the sinus. They're not red, just small openings.
