I'm really struggling with ringworm for the past four months and it's gotten pretty severe. I'm also dealing with pimples on my face at the same time. Could you please suggest some solutions or treatments for both issues? I'm really worried and would appreciate any advice you can give.

I'm dealing with a dressing issue and could really use some advice. I have a wound dressing made using cotton dipped in povidone iodine solution, and it's stuck pretty firmly to the wound. It's been tough trying to remove it without causing any harm or pain. Do you have any suggestions on how I can safely take it off?
