I'm really struggling with this strange habit of eating slate pencils every day, and I'm not sure how to stop. It's gotten to the point where I need a box daily. Do you think taking calcium tablets would help with this? I'd love any advice you can offer.

Alzolam 0.25mg (Alprazolam) is unlikely to directly increase cholesterol levels, but as a benzodiazepine, it may have indirect effects on lipid profiles; however, if you have pre-existing cholesterol concerns so avoid it for long term usage

I'm concerned about taking Zolfresh for my insomnia. I've heard it might cause weight gain. Is there a chance my appetite could increase because of this?
