I'm really struggling with these black spots on my legs and hands, and after taking a bath my skin starts itching and I get rashes that eventually turn into black spots. My face is also affectedthere are small holes and black marks, and since I have a darker complexion, they stand out and look terrible. It's tough because people make fun of me for it. Can you help me figure out what's going on and what I can do about it?

Take Action Now_
- Warm compresses: Apply a warm, damp washcloth to the area for 10-15 minutes, 3-4 times a day.
- Keep the area clean: Wash with mild soap and lukewarm water.
- Antibacterial ointment: Apply an over-the-counter antibacterial ointment to help prevent infection.
- Pain management: Take over-the-counter pain relievers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen to manage discomfort.

View allI've been using Sebowash shampoo for about a month based on my doctor's advice, and I'm really pleased with how much better my hair's condition is now. But my doctor mentioned I shouldn't keep using it after my hair improves. I'm wondering, what kind of regular shampoo should I switch to in order to keep my hair healthy?

I've been bitten by an insect and the area is really itchy and red. There's no swelling, but the skin looks reddish and a bit blackish. I've been using T Bact ointment, but I'm wondering if there's anything else I should be applying. Any advice on what ointments might help?
