I'm really struggling with these deep acne scars on my cheeks. The actual acne is gone, but the scars are really noticeable. I've read about subcision as a treatment option, but I'm not sure if it's the best choice for dealing with my scars. Could you suggest if subcision would work or if there's another treatment that's more effective for my situation? I'm eager to find the best solution.

I'm dealing with this skin issue I'm not sure how to explain it entirelyits something called "KaratMarathi" I think? I don't know what the English term for this disease is, but its like the blood freezes in a small circular area about the size of a coin. Its got a noticeable point and its showing up between my legs, like right below the private parts. Do you have any advice on what this might be or how I could treat it? I'm in the USA right now, so any help or guidance would be appreciated.

Dermat opinion is advised to the patient.

I'm noticing a lot of small moles popping up on my face, and I'm curious about why they're appearing. I've been using neem and aloe vera face washes, along with Himalaya's day and night creams, hoping they'd help clear these moles up. Should I be doing something different, or is there a deeper reason for these moles showing up?

Small moles on the face can be a cosmetic concern. Here's what you need to know: *Causes of Moles* 1. *Genetics*: Moles can run in families. 2. *Sun exposure*: UV radiation can stimulate the growth of moles. 3. *Hormonal changes*: Hormonal fluctuations during pregnancy, puberty, or menopause can lead to mole growth. 4. *Skin type*: People with fair skin are more prone to moles. *Your Current Skincare Routine* 1. *Neem face wash*: Neem has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, which can help with acne and skin clarity. 2. *Aloe vera face wash*: Aloe vera can help soothe and calm the skin. 3. *Himalaya day and night creams*: These creams can help moisturize and nourish your skin. *Additional Tips to Reduce Moles* 1. *Sun protection*: Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 daily. 2. *Exfoliate regularly*: Gently exfoliate your skin 1-2 times a week to remove dead skin cells. 3. *Avoid picking or scratching*: Refrain from picking or scratching moles, as this can lead to infection, scarring, or skin irritation.

I'm dealing with a skin disease that just came up suddenly, and it's all over my body. It's really red and almost looks like little mountains popping up. The itching is so intense that I'm up all night because I have to keep rubbing it, and it's burning like crazy. I've seen a lot of doctors over the past 18 months, but no one seems to have a solution. What's going on with my skin, and why isn't anything helping?
