I'm really struggling with this thick mucus at the back of my throat that's been around for about a year now. It just won't clear up no matter what I try. I've had an echo, chest X-ray, endoscopy, and colonoscopy, and everything comes back normal. Even when I use inhalers, the relief only lasts a couple of minutes. Whenever this sticky mucus gets stuck, I feel chest heaviness and have trouble breathing, but my pulmonary function test results are normal. I've had mild bronchitis since I was a kid, and one of the local doctors mentioned it might be cystic fibrosis, but he also said that's pretty unlikely. What could be causing this? I'm attaching pictures of my phlegm too.

View allI'm really worried about my husband. He's had a pleural effusion in his right lung, and weve gone through a bunch of tests for TB. But it's confusing because some results suggest TB, while others don't. The doctor went ahead and started him on ATT, but now hes dealing with a lot of severe weakness. I'm wondering if this weakness could be a side effect of the ATT. Can you give some insight?
give him food with high protenicous diet. his weakness will be reduced

I'm experiencing some issues with my breathing, and I recently got my chest X-ray results. It says there are prominent bronchovascular markings in both lungs and mentions non-homogeneous patchy highness and reticular changes. It also notes that my cardio thoracic ratio is a bit enlarged and there's bilateral hilar prominence. A month ago, I tested positive for COVID, but I'm fine now and have tested negative. Still, I'm having difficulty breathing. I've had rheumatoid arthritis for 15 years and suffered a brain stroke 5 years ago. I've also had heart problems. I even got my cough tested for TB, and it came back negative. What should I do about these breathing issues?
Tab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient. Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient.Steam inhalation is also advised twice daily to the patient.

I'm having some trouble when I talk, like I can't catch my breath, and my chest feels really stiff. It's making me feel weak and drained, and honestly, I just don't feel like talking because of it. What's going on? Is this something I should be worried about?
Patient is advised x-ray chest and sputum for AFB and microscopy.
