I'm really trying to find ways to last longer during sex. Right now, I'm only able to go for about 10 to 15 seconds. I'm kinda worried about it and just want to enhance my experience and enjoy my life more. Any advice on how I can improve my timing?

Ive got these three kidney stones, around 10mm each, and Im a bit worried about them. One has already moved into my bladder and looks like the other two are on their way. Im on alfuzosin and drinking enough fluids, which seems to help with urination. Im curious to know when and how these stones will pass through. Could you provide some insights? My foreskin feels tight especially when I'm erect it only pulls halfway down and starts stretching uncomfortably which makes me lose my erection. When soft I can pull it down but my glans are super sensitive so I don't push it. Really worried about this and don't want surgery but not sure what else can help since I can't see a doctor right now. It's affecting my confidence a lot
