I'm really worried about the dark patches on my skin because I'm pretty sure it's Acanthosis nigricans. I've heard that chemical peels and Retin A creams might help, but can they really make it go away completely? I'm curious about how effective these treatments are and whether it's worth trying them. Could you let me know if they can actually cure this or just improve it a bit?
