I'm really worried about the dark patches on my skin because I'm pretty sure it's Acanthosis nigricans. I've heard that chemical peels and Retin A creams might help, but can they really make it go away completely? I'm curious about how effective these treatments are and whether it's worth trying them. Could you let me know if they can actually cure this or just improve it a bit?

I'm feeling pretty concerned about hair loss and the amount of eggs I'm eating since I joined the gym. I've been consuming around 6 to 8 eggs every day. Could this be causing my hair to fall out? Should I stop eating so many eggs, or is there something else I should consider? I'd really appreciate some guidance on this.

Can hair grow back after Balding?
It depends. If a follicle has closed, disappeared, scarred, or not generated a new hair in years, then a new hair wouldn't be able to grow
