I'm really worried about this gilti I've had near my chest, below my arm, for the past four months. It gets really painful sometimes, and the doctors I've seen so far just keep giving me painkillers. No one really seems to know what's going on, and it's getting frustrating not having any clear answers. I'm not sure what kind of specialist I should see to get this checked out properly. Any advice on where I should go from here?

I've been using Cutihyde and Momerex creams for my black spots for about 4 years now. They worked great, but every time I try to stop, the spots come back. I even tried using different creams like one with kojic acid, but they didn't work for me. I haven't used Cutihyde and Momerex creams since last month, and now the spots are bigger than ever. I'm really worried about this and I feel embarrassed facing people. Can you help me figure out what I should do?

It seems like you have been dealing with stubborn black spots on your face. Since you have already tried cutihyde and momerex creams which were effective but the spots reappear when you stop using them, I would recommend trying a combination of creams containing hydroquinone, tretinoin, and a corticosteroid. You can use a cream like Tri-Luma, applying a thin layer once daily at night. Make sure to use sunscreen during the day as these ingredients can increase sensitivity to the sun. Additionally, incorporating a vitamin C serum in your skincare routine can also help with fading dark spots. Remember to be patient as it may take some time to see results.

I'm worried about my face getting so oily after being dry for so long. I've been dealing with regular breakouts and the pimples I get are mostly whiteheads, blackheads, and sometimes a few painful bumps. I've tried a bunch of different products to get rid of them, but nothing really seems to work. I don't have a ton of pimples, just around 8 to 10, and I do use makeup as well. Could you suggest a routine that might help keep my face clear of zits?

Since you have been experiencing oily skin and regular breakouts with whiteheads, blackheads, and occasional painful bumps, it sounds like you may be dealing with acne. To help keep your face zit-free, I recommend starting with a gentle cleanser containing salicylic acid to help unclog pores and reduce oiliness. Follow up with a non-comedogenic moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated without clogging your pores. Incorporating a topical retinoid cream at night can also help with acne and prevent future breakouts. Additionally, using a sunscreen during the day is essential to protect your skin from further damage. As you mentioned using makeup products, opt for oil-free and non-comedogenic formulas to prevent worsening your acne. In case of persistent breakouts, you may consider consulting a dermatologist for further evaluation and prescription treatments such as benzoyl peroxide or topical antibiotics.
