I've been really stressed this year and taking a lot of pain meds, like ibuprofen and naproxen. I stopped the naproxen because I thought it might be the problem. About a month and a half ago, I noticed a few tiny red spots on my upper arms. Even after stopping the naproxen, the spots are still there, and I think there are more now. I had a CBC done when I first noticed them and the platelets were normal, but all the stuff I read online is just really scary. I'm freaking out a bit. What could be causing these spots?

I've noticed a lump near my anus for the past few days, but it's not actually on the anus. I'm pretty sure it's not a hemorrhoid because I already have internal hemorrhoids, and this feels different. What could this lump be?

I'm really concerned about my daughter's skin. She's getting these white spots on her face, and they seem to be getting bigger. So we went to a dermatologist, and he diagnosed it as pityriasis alba. He prescribed mixing Telenorm oil with coconut oil and applying it in the morning with a bit of sun exposure, plus using Flutivate E cream at night and a special shampoo, moisturizer, and soap. Im worried if this is the right treatment for pityriasis alba, or should I consider seeing another dermatologist for a second opinion?
