I'm really worried about having dry eyes. Is it something that could eventually lead to losing my vision? Also, is this condition something that's going to stick around forever? Would love some guidance on what to expect.

No , dryeyes get infected easily and leads to refractive errors, hence should not be neglected, and usually it's not a chronic problem

I'm on my computer and phone a lot, and lately, my eyes have been feeling really tired and dry. I've been thinking about using lubricating drops like Refresh Tears or carboxymethylcellulose sodium every day to help out with this. Is it safe to use them daily, or should I be worried about any side effects?

I've been dealing with high myopia with SPH powers of 7.50 and 7.25, and more recently, I was told I have a CYL of 1.50. While my SPH has been pretty stable, the CYL is new, and I'm not sure if it's settled down yet. I'm thinking about getting surgery to fix my vision but I'm unsure about which option is right for me. Would Lasik work, or should I be considering ICL or Contoura instead?
That completely depends on your corneal thickenss and history, visit Ophtholmologist for evaluation and appropriate management
