I'm really worried about how long the treatment is for miliary tuberculosis. How long is the maximum treatment period for this type of TB?

View allI'm a bit confused and worried about my recent HRCT thorax report. It mentioned that there are a few subcentimetric lymph nodes in the pre-tracheal and pre-carinal regions, but everything else seems normal. I've been having breathing issues, though my PFT report came back completely normal. It turns out the breathing problem is caused by an arytenoid covering half of my vocal cord. I just need to know, are these subcentimetric lymph nodes something to worry about, or are they considered normal?
not a cause for concern

I've been having trouble taking a deep breath without yawning for the last couple of months. It feels like I'm just not getting enough air, almost like I'm hungry for it. What could be causing this?
It sounds like you may be experiencing a condition called air hunger, which can be caused by various underlying medical issues. One common cause is anxiety or stress, but it can also be due to respiratory problems such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or even heart conditions. To address your symptoms, it is important to first consult with a healthcare professional for a proper evaluation and diagnosis. In the meantime, you can try using an inhaler like Albuterol (Ventolin) for possible asthma symptoms. The usual dosage for adults is 2 puffs every 4-6 hours as needed. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please seek medical attention promptly for further evaluation and management.
