I'm really worried about how long the treatment is for miliary tuberculosis. How long is the maximum treatment period for this type of TB?

My father's chest X-ray report is showing some concerning stuff and I'm quite worried. There's mention of something like a fibrotic patch with volume loss and consolidative opacities in the right upper zone, and it also says the right hilum is pulled up. The right dome of the diaphragm seems elevated with some opacity in the right CP angle. But it also mentions that the hili, CP angles, and the heart are normal, as well as the rib cage. There's a part about "FSO Koch's etiology" that makes me think it needs more investigation. Could you help me understand what all this means and what steps should be taken next?

I'm really struggling with this thick mucus at the back of my throat that's been around for about a year now. It just won't clear up no matter what I try. I've had an echo, chest X-ray, endoscopy, and colonoscopy, and everything comes back normal. Even when I use inhalers, the relief only lasts a couple of minutes. Whenever this sticky mucus gets stuck, I feel chest heaviness and have trouble breathing, but my pulmonary function test results are normal. I've had mild bronchitis since I was a kid, and one of the local doctors mentioned it might be cystic fibrosis, but he also said that's pretty unlikely. What could be causing this? I'm attaching pictures of my phlegm too.
.consult a pulmonologist for the same at the earliest
