I'm really worried about how to manage my loved one's recovery from Covid. Their oxygen levels are mostly stable around 90, but whenever they start coughing, it drops really low to around 82 or 83. What can I do to help get rid of this cough? And are there any specific foods or things that can help boost their oxygen levels and ease the cough a bit?

View allI'm a bit concerned about my mom. She's been having trouble with her breathing, and the nearby doctor prescribed her Spenzo 0.5. I'm a little puzzled because I thought Spenzo was more for mental health issues. Is it common to use it for breathing difficulties? What could be the reason behind this prescription?
Spenzo (sertraline) is an antidepressant used primarily for anxiety or depression, not typically for breathing difficulties. It's important to discuss the reasoning behind its prescription with her doctor, as it may have been prescribed for anxiety-related breathing issues or another underlying cause. Always seek clarification from her healthcare provider.

I'm really concerned about my dad. His oxygen levels are consistently around 94 or 93, and he's taking medication for high blood pressure. Also, he has a very large stomach. Could this be affecting his oxygen levels? What should we do about it?
Normal, nothing to worry ok.

I'm having trouble with my breathing and my doctor mentioned it's bronchial asthma caused by allergies. He suggested using a Budecort 200 inhaler to help me breathe better. I'm just not too sure how many puffs I should be taking each day. Can you help me figure it out?
2 puffs each time for 2-3 times per day
