I'm really worried about this issue I've been having with my lungs. A year ago, I had an X-ray that showed my lungs fields are broncho vascular prominent, and I've been experiencing shortness of breath since then. My doctor didn't prescribe any medicine or treatment at the time, and now I'm unsure what to do. Is this condition treatable? What steps should I take to manage my symptoms?

I'm really worried because I was asked to leave the UAE due to a lung x-ray showing a scar from what they say is old TB, even though I don't have active TB right now. I really want to return to Dubai but I'm not sure what steps to take to prove I'm healthy enough to go back. Is there a way to legally and safely address this scar with treatment or medications? I've been having trouble with my nose getting blocked every morning around 5 a.m. for the past few days. I'm currently taking Telma 20 mg and Montair R10 once a day in the morning, along with using the Seretide 500 inhaler twice a day. Could any of these meds be influencing my symptoms, or is there something else going on? Any idea why this might be happening?

I'm dealing with hereditary asthma and usually manage ok with my inhaler a few times a week, especially when it's cold. But right now, I'm wondering if there's a mild nebulizer solution that would help. Is Duolin enough for this, or should I consider trying Foracort? I'd really appreciate any advice.
