I'm really worried about this issue I've been having with my lungs. A year ago, I had an X-ray that showed my lungs fields are broncho vascular prominent, and I've been experiencing shortness of breath since then. My doctor didn't prescribe any medicine or treatment at the time, and now I'm unsure what to do. Is this condition treatable? What steps should I take to manage my symptoms?

My mom's been dealing with respiratory issues for the last 57 years and she was diagnosed with COPD, so shes been on treatment. She still uses an inhaler with a capsule whenever she feels breathless. Now, she wants to visit the chardham, specifically Badrinath and Kedarnath. Given the high altitude and extreme weather, I'm worried about how she'd cope. Do you think its safe for her to go on this trip?
its not advisory, but if want to go compulsorily, test her pulmonary function test and be ready for any emergencies

I'm considering taking Truebasics Lungs Detox since I developed fibrotic bands after having COVID last month. I'm curious if it might help with my condition, but I'm also worried about any potential side effects it could have. Can you advise if it's safe to use this supplement for my lung issues?
Yes ,continue same treatment.
