I'm really worried about this itchy groin I've had for the past couple of years. I tried using clobenategm last month for about ten days, and it seemed to clear up, but then the itch came back worse and started burning too! Now, I'm trying candidb clotrimazole gel but it doesn't seem to be helping at all. Do you have any advice on what I should do next? I'm really desperate for a solution.

Consult a dermatologist for further guidance, as the recurrence and worsening of symptoms may indicate a more complex condition

View allI've been having some skin issues, and I'm starting to get worried. I went for a medical test in Saudi Arabia, and it came back showing TPHAVDRL reactive. After that, I consulted a dermatologist in Hyderabad, and they did a biopsy to confirm the results, which were still reactive. They recommended penicillin injections, which I took, and then did a retest 8 weeks later. But, the test is still showing reactive. I'm not sure if this diagnosis is accurate or if it's something that can actually be cured. Besides this, I've had some non-itchy, painless rashes on my skin since around 2009. They appeared when I traveled to the USA. I've shown them to a doctor there, but I'm still concerned. Could there be something I'm missing or should be doing differently?
This looks like Syphilis, penicillin is the drug of choice for this condition and it's curable no need to worry follow as your Dermatologist advised you some cases need long-term treatment.

I'm really struggling with ringworm on my stomach, both thighs, and face. I've tried so many medicines like Hydil, Allegra, Terbinaforce cream, and Nuforce GM cream, but nothing seems to be working. I'm feeling kinda lost and worried. Do you have any advice or ideas on what I could try next?
That could be fungal infection which needs both oral and topical antifungal medications and personal hygiene is more important for such condition.
