I'm really worried about a mild dilatation in the left pelvicalyceal system and a dilated proximal ureter because of a mid-ureteric calculus that's about 3.6 mm. How serious is this? Should I be concerned about potential complications, or does it usually resolve on its own? What steps should I take next in terms of treatment or management?

., Most kidney stones are small and pass out with the urine. Some stones become stuck in a kidney or in the tube draining urine from the kidney (the ureter). .... Most kidney stones will be small enough no more than 4mm..to be passed out in your urine. It may be possible to treat these at home.
However, small kidney stones may still cause pain. The pain from smaller kidney stones usually lasts a couple of days and disappears when the stone has been passed..

Should I be worried about these recurring epididymal cysts, and what might be causing them to grow back?

I'm having issues with both urination and ejaculation. My urine flow and the speed of ejaculation seem to be slower than usual, and I think this might be affecting our chances of conceiving.
