Question

I'm really worried about my 3-year-old. He's not walking or talking yet. We've already seen a neurological pediatrician who gave us Normabrain syrup, and we've done MRI, TMS, and some blood tests, but everything came back normal. We're planning to see a genetics specialist soon. Why hasn't he started walking yet? He can walk for about 5 to 6 feet before he falls down. Could there be an issue because I married my maternal uncle's daughter?
