I'm really worried about my 7-month-old baby girl. She's been having some ear pain, and I'm not sure what to do. Should I give her otek ac or wikoryl, or do I need to use both? Would love some guidance on this!

I'm experiencing some pain in my throat that's been going on for about two weeks now. It only hurts when I swallow saliva, but not when I'm eating or drinking anything.
