I'm really worried about my 7-month-old baby girl. She's been having some ear pain, and I'm not sure what to do. Should I give her otek ac or wikoryl, or do I need to use both? Would love some guidance on this!

I've been having this weird needle-like pain on the left side of my throat that kind of spreads to my left ear. It doesn't feel like a regular sore throat; it's barely noticeable, but it's there, and it's really freaking me out.
