I'm really worried about my aunt. She's a heart patient and recently had bypass surgery. She's been taking Acitrom 2mg, and the doctor warned us that mixing it with other medications could cause serious side effects. But now, for her leg pain, another doctor recommended she take Amifru 40mg. I'm just concerned - is it safe for her to take both Acitrom and Amifru together? Would love some guidance on this.

View allI'm really worried about my dad, who's 72, because he's been having some issues with his heart not beating regularly. Lately, hes been feeling very weak. His echo cardiography says he has systolic failure, and his chest x-ray shows there's fluid in his chest. I'm not sure if I should be taking him to see a cardiologist or a pulmonologist? What could possibly be going on with him?

I've been smoking for a few years, and I've recently started feeling this mild pain in my heart, especially when I'm lying down. I'm pretty sure it's connected because I've been smoking more than usual this week. Do you think this is just a temporary thing, or could there be a more serious condition going on? Also, should I be getting any specific tests done, like a cancer screening or something? I really want to quit smoking, but I can't handle gums, and patches just don't seem to work for me. What should my next steps be?
quit smoking and do regular breathing exercises
