I'm really worried about my condition. I've been dealing with typhoid for the last three months and was on monocef injections. Now, I'm constantly getting a low-grade fever between 99 and 100, especially after even a small amount of exertion, though it gets better with rest. I was just told I have a vitamin D deficiency with a level of 7.3 from the CLIA method, and my blood pressure seems low too. I'm not currently taking any medication. What could be causing all of this, and what should I do next?

Potential Harms

  1. Skin irritation: Dettol can cause skin irritation, dryness, and discoloration, especially on sensitive genital skin.
  2. Reduced sensitivity: Irritation and inflammation can lead to reduced sensitivity in the affected area.

Treatment and Precautions

  1. Stop using Dettol: Immediately stop using Dettol or any harsh antiseptic on your genital area.
  2. Mild soap and water: Clean your genital area with mild soap and warm water.
  3. Moisturize: Apply a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer to help soothe and hydrate the affected skin.
  4. Avoid scratching: Refrain from scratching the affected area to prevent further irritation and potential infection.

Recovery and Follow-up

  1. Allow time to heal: Give your skin time to heal and recover from the irritation.
  2. Monitor for infection: Watch for signs of infection, such as increased redness, swelling, or discharge, and seek medical attention if they occur.
  3. Consult a healthcare professional: If you experience persistent discomfort, reduced sensitivity, or concerns about your genital health, consult a healthcare professional for personalized guidance.

Remember

  1. Genital skin is sensitive: Be gentle when cleaning and caring for your genital area.
  2. Avoid harsh chemicals: Refrain from using harsh antiseptics, such as Dettol, on your genital area.

I need to get a medical fitness certificate for my driving license application, and I'm supposed to submit it at the RTO in Pune on the day of my appointment. Could you tell me how I should go about getting this certificate? Do I need to visit a specific clinic or doctor in Pune? Also, are there certain tests or checks that I should expect during this process? Just want to make sure I have everything ready and don't run into any surprises.
