I'm really worried about my dad. He took Lipaglyn 4mg for his high cholesterol as his doctor suggested, but now he's got a fever of 102F, body aches, and his throat is bothering him. We gave him Dolo last night, which brought the fever down a little to 100.5F, but this morning it's back up to 101.5F. We gave him Dolo again, but I'm not sure what else to do since it's Sunday and I can't reach a doctor. What would you suggest we do next?

Its possible that the fever and symptoms are unrelated to Lipaglyn and might be due to an infection. Continue giving Dolo as needed (every 6 hours) to manage the fever and ensure your father stays hydrated. If the symptoms persist or worsen, visit a doctor as soon as possible.

I'm really curious about the term "Forte" that's used in so many medicine brand names. Like, I've noticed meds called Benfomet Forte, Nexito Forte, and even Becozyme C Forte. They all seem to end with Forte, and I think it might mean something like "Plus" or maybe indicate a combination of ingredients. Am I on the right track here, or does it mean something else? Just trying to understand it better.
"Forte" is a Latin word meaning "strong" or "potent," but in the context of medication names, it typically indicates a stronger or higher-dose version of a medication, often a combination product, so your understanding of "Forte" being similar to "Plus" is generally correct.

I've been advised by one of the doctors to take a multivitamin called az Ns tablet every day after dinner, and a vitamin D tablet once a month. I'm just wondering, is this really beneficial for my health, or should I be considering a different multivitamin?
Yes, once daily, you can take for 3 months. Excess vitamin will be harmful.
