I'm really worried about my dad. I've attached his recent chest CT scan, and I'm hoping you can help explain what's going on. He was diagnosed with COPD last year, and I'm not sure how this scan relates to that. What should I be looking out for?

It seems like every time I take my medication, it gets better for a little while, but then I start having difficulty again after a few days. I've also tried using inhalers, but they don't seem to be helping. What should I do?
