I'm really worried about my grandfather who's dealing with bullous emphysema. He's been on medication for about 3 years, but he's developed a cough over the past week. In the past, the doctor prescribed cepodem xp 325. With the ongoing COVID situation, we're hesitant to visit any doctor in person, so I'm wondering if he could safely take that medication now, or perhaps something called cepox cv. He's currently taking Lmontus, Abflo, and Ambrolite Levo syrup. I've heard cepodem xp 325 isnt always effective against certain bacteria, and Im just not sure what the best course of action is right now. Can you provide some guidance?

I'm really struggling with a lot of symptoms like breathlessness, upper back pain, and severe chest pain. I've also been wheezing and have allergies to cold weather, dust, and changes in water.
