I'm really worried about my grandfather who's dealing with bullous emphysema. He's been on medication for about 3 years, but he's developed a cough over the past week. In the past, the doctor prescribed cepodem xp 325. With the ongoing COVID situation, we're hesitant to visit any doctor in person, so I'm wondering if he could safely take that medication now, or perhaps something called cepox cv. He's currently taking Lmontus, Abflo, and Ambrolite Levo syrup. I've heard cepodem xp 325 isnt always effective against certain bacteria, and Im just not sure what the best course of action is right now. Can you provide some guidance?

I've been dealing with a cough that started a couple of months ago after I had a cold. I went to the clinic and got some medicine, but the cough stayed, and theres been this weird sound coming from my chest. I visited the doctor again about two weeks ago, and he mentioned it was an infection and gave me syrup and some pills, but it hasn't cleared up. After eating meals, I notice white mucus fills my chest, and I have to cough it up right after eating. Plus, when I play football for about an hour, the cough kicks in, and I start feeling really fatigued. What's going on here, and how can I get back to feeling healthy again?
Probable diagnosis is upper respiratory tract infection.Patient is advised tab augmentin 625mg orally,thrice dailly for 5 days,tab levocetrizine 10 mg for 5 days and syrup salbutoml 10 ml thrice dailly for 5 days.

I've had TB when I was just 3 years old, which was like 22 years ago, and I recently found out it left some scars on my lungs. I never really knew about it until now when I went for a medical test for a job in Kuwait. I was so bummed to hear that I was declared medically unfit because of this. Now, I have another job offer from Saudi Arabia, and I really don't want to miss out on this chance. Is there any way to reduce the visibility of these scars? They seem pretty light to me and there's just two spots that show up on an X-ray. Can you suggest any treatment that could help them not show on the X-ray?
I understand your concerns. Scars in skin from past injury do not go away similarly scar due to old tuberculosis in lungs also do not go away and there is no treatment for same
