I'm really worried about my hair fall, especially from my forehead. I've noticed I've lost quite a bit. On top of that, I've been having headaches, and I'm not sure if they're related. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

consider the following steps:
Hair Loss
- Consult a dermatologist: Rule out underlying conditions like alopecia, dandruff, or scalp infections.
- Check for nutritional deficiencies: Ensure you're getting sufficient vitamins and minerals, particularly iron, zinc, and biotin.
- Reduce stress: High stress levels can contribute to hair loss. Engage in stress-reducing activities like meditation or yoga.
- Use gentle hair care products: Avoid harsh chemicals and heat styling tools.
Headaches
- Consult a doctor or neurologist: Determine the underlying cause of your headaches, which could be related to hair loss or other factors.
- Maintain a headache diary: Track when your headaches occur, their severity, and any potential triggers.
- Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water to help prevent dehydration headaches.
- Manage stress: Stress can exacerbate headaches. Engage in relaxation techniques like deep breathing or meditation.
Potential Connections
- Thyroid issues: Both hair loss and headaches can be symptoms of thyroid problems. Consult your doctor about getting your thyroid levels checked.
- Nutritional deficiencies: Deficiencies in vitamins and minerals like magnesium, vitamin B12, or iron can contribute to both hair loss and headaches.
- Stress and anxiety: High stress levels can contribute to both hair loss and headaches.

View allI'm really concerned because my son was just diagnosed with pre vitiligo and has this peri patch near his right eye. The doctor mentioned it's a lengthy two-year treatment but assured me there's a good chance of success in kids. He seems healthy otherwise since all his test reports came back normal. We were given lanzol junior tablets and purolh syrup to take alternately for two months, along with emolene cream for his face. But now I'm noticing that the area under his left eye is getting lighter too. I've heard there's no real cure for vitiligo, and I'm really anxious about whether he will be cured. Could you please provide some guidance on this?
Vitiligo is an unpredictable condition. Children do get very good response. Patches are usually bilaterally symmetrical in vitiligo, means if one elbow is affected other may also be affected. So same goes with one side of face. We have a lot of treatment strategies bit we cannot predict a recurrence.

I've been swimming a lot these past few months, and I'm noticing that my skin has gotten much darker, maybe about three times darker than before. Is this suntan going to be permanent? Besides sunscreens, are there other things I can do to prevent my skin from tanning both before and after I swim? And what are the best ways to get rid of this tan completely?

I'm dealing with a water allergy, and it's causing me a lot of discomfort every time I take a bath because I get really itchy all over. My doctor prescribed Althrocin 500 for this, but I'm not sure if that's normal for treating something like this. Is there something else I should be aware of, or any other treatments I might need to consider?
try water sofners and avoid hot showers
