I'm really worried about my hair fall recently. Is there something you can recommend for this? A friend mentioned BBM Liner with calcium pantothenate, biotin, and N-Acetyl cystine, but I haven't been able to find it anywhere. Do you have any other suggestions?

For hair fall, you can try taking a combination of Biotin, Calcium Pantothenate, and N-Acetyl Cysteine. You can look for a brand like "Hairbless Tablet" which contains these ingredients. The usual dosage is one tablet daily after a meal.

View allI'm dealing with frequent hair fall and complete hair loss, and my scalp now looks bald. There's no dandruff, but its smooth and shiny like a cricket ground, and Im really struggling with confidence because of it. Its something that runs in my family, but I desperately want to get back a full volume of hair. Can you offer any advice on treatments or solutions that might help restore my hair?
, this condition is androgenic alopecia..treatment depends on staging ..early stages can be treated with medication like minoxidil finasteride and other medications like supplements. PRP sessions help as adjunct procedure along with medical management or hair transplantation .advanced stages like yours may need hair restoration..plz consult nearest hair specialist of dermatologist for further details

I recently tried to put a neem stick through my ear lobe after not wearing earrings for two months, and now it's infected. I'm wondering if I should try using Boroplus or maybe turmeric and mustard oil to treat it. What would you recommend? I'm not sure which is better for this kind of situation.

I'm experiencing some red rashes on my skin and my scrotum has been really dry and itchy with some skin peeling. I've heard of something called red scrotum syndrome and I'm wondering if that's what this could be. Could you help me figure out what's going on?
