I'm really worried about my little boy. He's 2 years and 6 months and has been having a rough time with a persistent cough. He recently got over a fever, which was a relief, but now I'm not sure which cough syrup would be best for him. Could you help me figure out what's suitable for his age?

For your son's cough, you can consider giving him syrup brands like Benadryl, Tixylix, or Ascoril.

Whenever I give medicine, the temperature drops to 101.3 but then spikes back up when it's time for the next dose. What should I do? Is there something else I can try to bring the fever down?

My daughter just turned 4 months old and she's been running a fever around 98.9 to 99.7 for 12 days now. I've been giving her Fepanil drops and Macpod since day one of the fever, but it hasnt gone away. Should I be worried?

I'm really worried because I accidentally got a drop of nasal saline into my 5-month-old baby's eye. Could this affect their eyesight? I'm feeling really anxious about it, and I'd love some guidance.
Mistakenly nasal saline drops getting into your 5-month-old baby's eye can cause some irritation, but it is unlikely to cause any long-term problems with eyesight. To help alleviate any discomfort and prevent infection, you can gently flush the eye with clean water. If the irritation persists or if you notice any redness, swelling, or discharge from the eye, please consult with your pediatrician.
