I'm really worried about my little one and wanted to ask if there are any signs of lung damage in infants from aspiration that I should be looking out for? Do these signs always lead to pneumonia, or can they happen without any noticeable chest issues or noises?

My daughter just turned 4 months old and she's been running a fever around 98.9 to 99.7 for 12 days now. I've been giving her Fepanil drops and Macpod since day one of the fever, but it hasnt gone away. Should I be worried?
