I'm really worried about my mom. She's dealing with both dengue and typhoid right now, and I'm not sure what kind of diet would be best for her. The big issue is that nothing seems to be digesting properly - even water passes through her really quickly, like within 15 minutes. Is there something specific I should be feeding her to help with this?

I've been dealing with a fissure for over a year now and it keeps coming back every few weeks no matter what I try. I've cut out outside food completely and seen both allopathic and ayurvedic doctors but nothing gives me a permanent solution. Is surgery really my only option at this point or are there other ways to fully heal this

if conservative therapy fails ,fistulectomy is advised.

I'm dealing with acidity frequently, almost every day, and I've been drinking around 10 to 15 glasses of water to try and manage it. I've also noticed something strangesometimes there's this white jelly-like substance coming up with my sputum. There's no other symptom I'm experiencing, but this has got me a bit worried. What could be causing this?

take panrpp for 3 days and tab mucinac

I've had this really stubborn cough for about 8 months now and it's sometimes so bad that I end up vomiting. I went to see a doctor and got tested for TB, but that came back negative. My X-ray did show some lower lobe subsegmental pulmonary consolidation. I was on medication for a while, and the cough got better, but as soon as I stopped, it came back. I saw another doctor who suggested it might be a gastric issue and told me to avoid spicy foods and fizzy drinks. But the cough is still here, and it's worse at night, sometimes leading to vomiting. I have to admit, Im still eating spicy foods occasionally, and I'm wondering if that's making it worse. What should I do next?

stop eating junk , drink warm water
