I'm worried because last night my blood pressure was at 15790, so I took Amlong 2.5, but it didn't seem to work by the morning. I ended up taking a Nebicard 5mg without consulting my doctor, and by the evening, my BP came down to 12979. I'm a bit anxious about whether Nebicard 5mg is safe for me to use in such situations. Should I try Amlong 5mg instead, or is sticking with Nebicard better? I'm really unsure what to do and would appreciate some advice.

Nebicard 5 mg is advised SOS basis , rest continue all the medications as advised by the cardiologist..

I'm a bit worried because last night I had some breathing troubles and felt pain on the left side near my armpit. I went to see a doctor, and although my vitals like blood pressure and pulse were normal, he suggested an ECG, which also turned out normal. I have spondylitis, so I was wondering what tests or checkups I should consider next? Any advice would be really helpful.

Having a pain, heaviness or discomfort in your chest can be scary. It does not always mean that you are having a heart attack. There can be many other causes, including
Other heart problems, such as angina
Panic attacks
Digestive problems, such as heartburn or esophagus disorders
Sore muscles
Lung diseases, such as pneumonia, pleurisy, or pulmonary embolism
Costochondritis - an inflammation of joints in your chest
Some of these problems can be serious. Get immediate medical care if you have chest pain that does not go away, crushing pain or pressure in the chest, or chest pain along with nausea, sweating, dizziness or shortness of breath. Treatment depends on the cause of the pain.
To rule out cardiac issues. Get a ECG and 2D echocardiography done. If they are normal then get a TMT  stress echo done.. 
Meanwhile take
Tab. Flexon Mr twice a day for 5 days

Question 3

I'm trying to understand my echo report. It says all chamber sizes are normal, there's no regurgitation, and valve morphology is normal, with normal LV function. But it doesn't mention anything about pulmonary artery pressure. Does this mean my pulmonary pressure is normal? I'm a bit confused and would love some clarity on this.

I'm really worried about my mom's condition. The doctors have found she has a ventricular septal defect and mentioned that an operation right now is pretty risky. Is there any other treatment option we could consider to help her?
