I'm really worried about my partner. She struggles with anxiety and often ends up crying when she's home alone. It's tough because I'm at the office most days. She's just not in a good place right now. Any advice on what steps I should take to help her?

She is experiencing symptoms of anxiety and feeling overwhelmed when alone at home. I recommend she take Xanax (alprazolam) at a low dose of 0.25mg to help manage her anxiety symptoms. It is important to consult with a healthcare professional for further evaluation and management.

View allI've been feeling this really uncomfortable sensation like I might vomit whenever I'm in a cab or on a bus, especially if it's crowded. It's like I can't breathe properly and just feel really suffocated. It's starting to worry me. Could there be something going on that I need to address?
yes it happens that when you are in a place where enough ventilation or air circulation is not there or closed spaces will make you nauseous and choky...best thing is to relax yourself so that you breathe easy in such situations and avoid such places...the oxygen saturation also comes down.
