I'm really worried about my son who has allergic bronchitis. The doctor suggested the Vaxiflu vaccine for him, and I'm just wondering if it's actually safe for him. Is there any risk or issue I should be aware of with this vaccine?

I'm really worried about my 8-year-old daughter. She had COVID back in September and then pneumonia in November, which got her hospitalized.
