I'm really worried about my wife. She's been dealing with a tasteless tongue and can't smell anything, and this has been going on for about three months now. She's 35 and of medium build. What's going on? Could it be something serious? What should we do next?

I've been noticing for the last three days that when I spit, there's some blood, and it's happening like three to four times a day. I don't have a cough or anything, but honestly, I'm really scared. Someone mentioned it could be blood cancer? Can you help me figure out what's going on?

I'm dealing with a lot of discomfort because I chewed a pudin hara tablet without water, and now my throat feels really irritated and swollen. Swallowing water has become quite difficult. What should I do to get some relief from this? Can you help?
