I'm really worried about my wife's vitamin D deficiency. I've read about different treatments and wondered if there are any homeopathic options for this? How long do you usually need to take them before seeing results?

I'm trying to understand something about homeopathy doses. Is there a difference between 3x and 30 ch? Can I use 30 ch if I was advised to get 3x, or are they not interchangeable? It's a bit confusing, and I'd appreciate some insight on this.

I'm curious about how homeopathy can help with lipoma. Can it completely get rid of it, and if so, how long does that usually take? Also, is there any link between weight gain and having a lipoma come back? Looking forward to your insights on this.
