I'm really worried about this redness and rash under my private parts. It all started around two months ago, and initially, it was just itching. But, within two weeks, it turned red and spread quickly. I've been trying various creams and dusting powders, but nothing seems to help, and the problem's still here. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

View allI'm dealing with a penile yeast infection that's been lingering for about a month. I saw a skin doctor who prescribed itraconazole capsules and propyzone nf cream initially, then ibisert cream afterward. Even after finishing the medication, I'm still experiencing itching inside the head and neck of my penis, which can be quite embarrassing, though there's no visible fungus anymore. Can you offer any advice on how I might be able to fully get rid of this?

which treatment works faster for stable vitiligo - excimer laser or surgical options like grafting? i'm trying to understand which one gives quicker repigmentation results
For stable vitiligo, surgical grafting generally offers faster repigmentation results compared to excimer laser treatment. While excimer laser can achieve repigmentation, surgical options, like split-thickness skin grafting (STSG) and noncultured epidermal cell suspension (NCECS), are often preferred for their quicker and more complete results, especially in stable disease
