Question

I'm really worried about some results I got back from an ultrasound. They mentioned my liver is enlarged to 18.6 cm, with a diffuse increase in echo texture. It mentioned fatty infiltration and hepatomegaly. Does this mean anything serious for my liver health? They also noted bilateral polycystic ovarian morphology. I'm not entirely sure what that means and if it could be affecting my overall health. Can you help me understand what all this could imply?

I'm experiencing this on-and-off burning sensation near my lower left rib. It feels just like a hot burning thing going on, especially when I'm lying down. It's so strange because when I'm busy with work or moving around, there's no pain at all, but as soon as I lie down, that hot feeling pops up near my left rib towards the back.
