I'm really worried about some results I got back from an ultrasound. They mentioned my liver is enlarged to 18.6 cm, with a diffuse increase in echo texture. It mentioned fatty infiltration and hepatomegaly. Does this mean anything serious for my liver health? They also noted bilateral polycystic ovarian morphology. I'm not entirely sure what that means and if it could be affecting my overall health. Can you help me understand what all this could imply?

View allI'm a bit worried because I've noticed blood in my stool for the past two days. What could be causing this and what should I do to take care of myself?
Passing blood in stool, also known as hematochezia, can be caused by various factors, including: constipation, anal fissures, hemorrhoids, diverticulitis, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), colon cancer, or gastrointestinal infections; to care for yourself, drink plenty of water, eat a high-fiber diet, avoid straining during bowel movements, and consider taking a stool softener or fiber supplement; however, if bleeding persists, worsens, or is accompanied by severe abdominal pain, vomiting, or fever, seek immediate medical attention to rule out underlying conditions that require prompt treatment.

Im really worried about my dad's health. Hes been diagnosed with a gastrointestinal issue, and they found an ulcer. His hemoglobin levels are low, and even after doing a capsule video endoscopy and a bone marrow test, everything came back normal. Im not sure what steps we should take next. Also, when he eats, the food refluxes when he lies down, and if he walks a bit more, hes having trouble breathing. Hes currently on Ramcor H2.5 and Stamlo 2.5 for high blood pressure and Livogen and Benadan. Could this be affecting his condition? Hes had all these tests for iron deficiency anemia like endoscopy, colonoscopy, CT scan, and all that. I have the file with the details, but I cant share it here. Could you please let me know how we should proceed to find out what's wrong?
