A penetration of at least 4-6 inches is generally considered sufficient for sperm to reach the cervix. I have some sexual problems with penis erection and premature ejaculation. For erectile dysfunction, you can try using Viagra (Sildenafil). For premature ejaculation, you can try using Priligy (Dapoxetine). I've been diagnosed with a 9.5mm stone in the upper left ureter and swelling in my left kidney. The pain is severe and daily. My doctor recommended Siddh Pan D, painkillers, and immediate surgery. 9.5 mm stone is difficult to pass on itself or with medications. For pain u can take tab drotin twice a day..there r two options for stone removal..either ureteroscopic stone removal or shockwave Lithotripsy..for that CT urography needs to be done to decide treatment modality.. serum creatinine also needs to be done

I'm a bit worried because the foreskin of my penis used to be attached to the tip, but now it's come down and the head is exposed.
