I'm really worried about the sudden hair loss I've been experiencing. It all started around four years ago after I shaved my head for a few months. Since then, only about half of my hair has come back, and the hair loss just hasn't stopped. Can you help me understand what might be going on?

View allI've been dealing with a fixed drug eruption for the past four years and have been seeing a skin specialist for treatment. Initially, I was given various lotions, but I really didn't see any improvement. I got so frustrated that I started looking up remedies online, and that's when I found out about laser treatment. I tried that route, and it's been about 10 months since I had it done. Unfortunately, my issue hasn't improved completely, and now my dark brown mark has just turned into a white one with tiny dark spots. Could you advise me on what steps I should consider next?

I'm dealing with alopecia barbae for the past couple of years. It first affected the top of my head, which has thankfully recovered. Now, I'm noticing patches in my beard, and there are two noticeable bald spots. Can you suggest a reliable doctor in Hyderabad who can help with this?

I've got this annoying cystic acne on one of my buttocks, and it's super painful and inflamed. In the past, I've had cystic acne on my cheek and chest, and my doctor recommended Nadoxin, which worked back then. But now, using Nadoxin on this one doesn't seem to do the trick. Should I stick with Nadoxin, or do I need to try something else?
Considering the severity of your cystic acne on your buttock, it may be beneficial to switch to a more potent medication. I recommend stopping the use of Nadoxin and consulting with your doctor for a prescription of a stronger topical antibiotic like Duac gel. Additionally, an oral antibiotic like Doxycycline may be necessary to help reduce inflammation and control the infection. Make sure to follow your doctor's instructions for proper dosage and duration of treatment.
