I'm really worried about these black spots on my cheeks and nose. I went to Hindu Rao hospital and they told me it's melasma. I've tried using Clearz Max and Suncros EquaGel, but they didn't help. Even aloe vera and lemon haven't worked, and it seems like the spots are getting darker and spreading across my face. What do you think I should try next?

View allI've noticed these pink bumps or genital warts on the glans of my penis for about 16 years now. I suspect it might be HPV, but Ive never had any tests or diagnosis done. They dont cause any health problems and haven't really changed in number, maybe just a tiny increase over the years. I haven't had any treatment yet. What do you think I should do about this?

I've noticed a patch of dry skin on my right under thigh, but it's not itchy or causing any discomfort. Could you recommend an ointment for this?
Since there's no itch or discomfort, you can try the following over-the-counter (OTC) ointments: 1. *Moisturizing creams*: Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream, Eucerin Advanced Repair Cream, or CeraVe Moisturizing Cream. 2. *Hydrocortisone cream*: A mild steroid cream like hydrocortisone (0.5-1%) can help reduce inflammation and dryness. 3. *Urea-based creams*: Urea (10-20%) creams, such as Eucerin Advanced Repair Cream or Aquaphor Healing Ointment, can help lock in moisture. 4. *Vaseline*: Petroleum jelly (Vaseline) can provide a protective barrier and help retain moisture. Apply the ointment 2-3 times a day, or as needed. If the patch persists or worsens, consult a doctor or dermatologist for further guidance.

I'm dealing with Seborrheic Dermatitis and it's causing my hair to fall out. I'm using the prescribed medical shampoos, but I'm wondering when the hair fall will stop and when this dermatitis might clear up. I'm really tired of using these harsh shampoos all the time. Is it okay to just let it heal on its own?
