I'm really worried about these hereditary malar bags I have, along with this unusual line that runs from the corner of my eye towards my upper cheeks. I've been looking into options here in India and wondering if there's a permanent solution for this? Also, Id love to get a sense of what that might cost. Can you help with that?

I'm a 27-year-old guy dealing with gynecomastia and I weigh around 73 kg. I'm planning to get married soon and really want to get my body in better shape.
