I'm really worried about these hereditary malar bags I have, along with this unusual line that runs from the corner of my eye towards my upper cheeks. I've been looking into options here in India and wondering if there's a permanent solution for this? Also, Id love to get a sense of what that might cost. Can you help with that?

Had gynecomastia surgery but there's still fat left in my chest area. The incision and excision method wasn't used and now the fat seems to be increasing every day. Why is this happening and what can be done about it?

It's possible for gynecomastia surgery to leave some residual fat, and the feeling of increased fat can be due to several factors, including swelling, scar tissue, and the way the skin has settled. While the surgery itself removes the breast tissue and fat cells, there can be some fat left behind, and the remaining fat cells can increase in size if there are changes in your diet or activity levels.

No, surgery isn't the only option for male breast reduction (gynecomastia). While surgery, like liposuction and mastectomy, is a common and effective treatment, other approaches like addressing underlying medical conditions or lifestyle changes (exercise and diet) can also help. Surgery does carry some risks, including infection, bleeding, and changes in sensation
