I'm really worried about these white patches on the inside of the skin on my penis. I've tried so many creams to get rid of them, but nothing seems to work. I'm even considering removing the skin as a last resort. Could you please help me find a way to get my skin back to its normal color?

Based on the symptoms, it's possible that your son had a viral infection, which is common in children.

Immediate Action

  1. Consult the clinic doctor again: Update them on the recurring pain and seek further guidance.
  2. Monitor temperature: Keep an eye on your son's temperature and administer medication as prescribed.
  3. Pain management: Continue administering Crosin (Paracetamol) as directed by the doctor.

General Guidance

  1. Rest and hydration: Ensure your son gets plenty of rest and fluids to help his body recover.
  2. Observation: Closely monitor your son's symptoms and report any changes or concerns to the doctor.
  3. Follow-up appointment: Schedule a follow-up appointment with the doctor to review your son's progress.

When to Seek Emergency Care

  1. Severe pain: If the pain worsens or becomes unbearable.
  2. High fever: If the fever exceeds 104F (40C) or persists for an extended period.
  3. Difficulty breathing: If your son experiences difficulty breathing or shows signs of distress.

I've got this black spot on my shoulder and back that we call Bhabuti in my local language. I'm really not sure how it started, but it definitely spreads more when the summer months come around. Can you provide any advice or solutions on how to deal with it?

This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.

I'm a bit worried about my daughter's alopecia treatment. We're seeing Dr. Aruna Kumari in Bangalore, and she's advised us to apply Myolaxin gel once a day to the affected area. I've looked it up online, and it seems Myolaxin is more for pain relief. Is this the right treatment for her alopecia? It just doesn't seem like what I expected, and I'm really concerned. Can you help?

Myolaxin gel is indeed commonly used for pain relief due to its muscle relaxant properties. In the case of alopecia, it is not a standard treatment. I recommend discussing this with Aruna Kumari to clarify the intended purpose of using Myolaxin gel for alopecia. If needed, she may consider prescribing medications specifically tailored for alopecia treatment such as Minoxidil solution to promote hair growth.

I've noticed a ring-shaped bruise on my back, and it's a bit painful when I press on it. When I touch it, the skin feels smooth. I'm curious and a bit concerned about what this could be. What might be causing this bruise, and should I be worried about the pain?

to determine the cause of the ring-shaped bruise, as it could be a harmless injury or a sign of an underlying condition, such as a fungal or bacterial infection, a bruise from a minor trauma, or, in rare cases, a symptom of a more serious condition like erythema migrans associated with Lyme disease.
