I'm really worried about these white spots that have appeared on my skin, and I'm not sure what to do about them. It's been bothering me, and I'd really appreciate any advice you could give me on what medication might help. I hope you can get back to me soon.

I used apple cider vinegar on my face overnight and it burned my skin. Now the skin is flaking off and I've got this dark brown spot left. Any idea what cream I could use to help restore the color? I'm feeling a bit worried and would really appreciate some advice.

I'm really worried because I recently moved to Hyderabad and my hair's been falling out a lot. I heard it's because the water in my apartment is really hard, from bore water. I put in a shower filter and used it once, but my hair is still falling out like crazy when I comb it. What else can I do to stop this or at least fix the damage? Can you help?
