I'm really worried and a bit confused. If there's rubbing over the vagina with underwear on, and the underwear gets wet from precum or semen, could that cause pregnancy? I just need to understand how this works because it's been stressing me out.

While the chances of pregnancy in this scenario are low, it is still possible, especially if precum or semen comes into contact with the vaginal area. Sperm can swim and may lead to pregnancy if it reaches the vaginal canal. It is always advisable to use contraception to reduce the risk of unintended pregnancy.

View allI'm a bit concerned because I've been experiencing some discomfort in my breasts lately. There's this off-and-on stinging pain in both breasts, and they feel kind of heavy and sore. What's weird is that when the stinging pain hits, I also get this painful pulse on the right side of my head. I know I usually get menstrual migraines, but I'm not near my cycle right now. Could these things be related, or is there something else going on?
